Meet Dr. Bari Posner
Dr. Bari Posner grew up in a home where helping others was a priority. While she was in high school, she started working in a dental office. As a dental assistant, Dr. Bari watched her mom, a dental hygienist, and her boss help patients improve both their oral and overall health- and help them smile! As much as she loved working in a dental office, Dr. Bari decided to try something new in college and majored in communications. After college, she worked in Corporate America and found it very unfulfilling so she went back to what she knew she loved.
Dr. Bari Posner upholds strict ethics. She is extremely thorough and strives for perfection throughout all aspects of her dentistry. She performs all procedures with concentration and aims to deliver excellence. Dr. Posner genuinely cares about her patients and believes that there is no substitute for time with them. Her passion is delivering smiles and health in a progressive, modern, comfortable manner.
A graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Dr. Bari was one of 10 students to participate in the prestigious CODE program. She remains committed to learning and education and travels across the country to attend various continuing education courses. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association and is a Board Member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners. In addition to running a local Invisalign/Clear Aligner study club, as a Board Member, Dr. Bari uses her expertise in training and guiding other general dentists in treatments utilizing Invisalign and Clear Aligner therapies.
When not providing exceptional care to her patients, Dr. Bari loves spending time with her husband and two sons. They enjoy going to baseball games, playing sports, hiking and spending time outside in general.
Meet Dr. Anum Ali
Graduating Summa Cum Laude from Temple University in Philadelphia, Dr. Ali acquired her undergraduate degree in three years, followed by an early acceptance into the dental program where she was awarded numerous scholarships for her clinical, academic and research experiences. She then went on to advance her training at the esteemed general practice residency program with the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in New York City, where she furthered her skills in all phases of dentistry with an emphasis on restorative and prosthodontics.
Dr. Ali strives to achieve a healthy and beautiful smile in every patient. She believes comprehensive examinations are the key to promoting long lasting oral health. By promoting a comfortable environment through open dialogue with her patients, she is able to create a seamless and anxiety-free dental experience.
Keeping up to date with the latest in dental techniques and technology, she spends her time attending continuing education courses regarding Invisalign, facial esthetics using Botox/Dysport, and implant/cosmetic dentistry. As a member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners Dr. Ali is a provider of clear aligner therapy with Invisalign. She is also a member of the American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Ali currently resides in Hoboken and loves to treat her local residents and neighbors!
